Christy
Chartered Physiotherapist
Christy is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). He treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, helping patients of all ages return to the activities they enjoy.
Christy takes a personalised approach to treatment, recognising that every patient has different needs, goals and challenges. He begins by listening and understanding how pain or injury affects each person’s daily life, whether that means returning to sport, lifting with confidence or getting through the working day more comfortably.
He develops tailored exercise programmes that fit each patient’s body, lifestyle and ability, taking the time to explain the purpose behind each exercise so patients feel confident and involved in their recovery.
Strength training is a key part of Christy’s approach. He believes that building strength helps the body tolerate physical demands, recover effectively and reduce the risk of recurring injuries. He combines exercise-based rehabilitation with hands-on treatment, movement therapy and practical advice, while looking beyond the immediate symptoms to address the underlying factors contributing to pain or injury.
Christy’s aim is to help every patient better understand their body, rebuild confidence in movement and develop the strength and resilience to get back to doing what they love.
